TopMF operates on a privacy-first ethos. We do not require accounts, passwords, or personal identity documents (KYC).

• Public Listing Data: Information submitted voluntarily for publication (Project Name, Description/Tagline, Website URL, Logo URL, Category, and public X @handle).
• Public Blockchain Transactions: When paying for a sponsored listing, blockchain transaction hashes, sender/receiver addresses, and amounts are recorded publicly on the respective blockchain ledger (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, etc.).
• Basic Technical Logs: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referral clicks) used strictly for security monitoring and aggregated referral counters.

[02] How We Use Information

Information collected is used strictly to:

• Publish and display your project listing on the public leaderboard.
• Verify and confirm commercial crypto payments via automated payment webhooks.
• Maintain accurate click counts and prevent automated DDoS abuse.

[03] We Never Sell Your Data

TopMF will never sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies. Listing data is public because its explicit purpose is public promotional visibility.

[04] Cookies & Tracking

TopMF uses local storage strictly to remember your visual theme preference (Light Mode vs. Dark Mode). We do not use third-party invasive advertising tracking cookies or tracking pixels.
