[01] Nature of the Platform & Service
TopMF is an open, transparent digital directory and sponsored advertising leaderboard for Web3 projects (Crypto, NFTs, and Memecoins).
Rankings and placements on TopMF are determined on an auction-based model reflecting publicly disclosed advertising and promotional spend. All listings represent paid commercial promotions, not editorial endorsements, algorithmic evaluations, or financial recommendations.
[02] Commercial Listing Fee (Not Staking / Not an Investment)
When you commit cryptocurrency to secure or boost a ranking on TopMF:
- You are purchasing digital advertising and directory placement space.
- Your payment is a non-refundable commercial fee for promotional visibility.
- NO STAKING OR DEPOSIT: TopMF does not operate a proof-of-stake protocol, banking service, deposit scheme, or custodial trust. Your payment is not a deposit and cannot be redeemed, returned, or withdrawn.
- NO FINANCIAL RETURNS: TopMF does not offer yield, interest, dividends, profit-sharing, or monetary returns. There is no lottery, prize pool, or cash reward.
[03] Prohibited Content & Instant Takedown Policy
TopMF maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent, malicious, or deceptive listings. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Phishing sites, wallet drainers, or malicious smart contracts.
- Honeypots, rug-pull schemes, or known fraudulent operations.
- Web2 personal social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads) or traditional non-crypto sites. Listings are strictly restricted to authentic Web3 protocols, token platforms, and NFT collections.
- Malware, spyware, or harmful software distribution.
- Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringements.
- Adult/pornographic content, violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
- Entities or crypto addresses subject to international or OFAC sanctions.

Nothing published on TopMF constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. TopMF does not audit, verify, endorse, or guarantee the legitimacy, solvency, security, or future value of any listed project, smart contract, or cryptocurrency.
HIGH RISK WARNING: Virtual digital assets, memecoins, and NFTs are highly volatile, speculative, and largely unregulated. Users may experience total loss of capital. Never connect your wallet to untrusted domains or trade based solely on directory listings.
Always conduct your own independent due diligence (DYOR) and consult certified legal or financial advisors before interacting with any Web3 project.
[05] Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TopMF and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your interaction with, investment in, or reliance on any third-party project listed on TopMF.
- Blockchain network delays, gas fees, failed confirmations, or payment gateway issues.
- Temporary platform downtime, technical failures, or server interruptions.
Submitters agree to indemnify and hold harmless TopMF from any third-party claims, liabilities, or losses arising from their submitted project, tokens, or representations.
[06] Takedown Requests & Inquiries
If you represent a project and identify copyright infringement, trademark violations, or wish to report a scam or phishing link on our board, please submit an official takedown request through our community channel on X (@TopMF).
